Mike Harris

Mike Harris co-founded Worksighted and is passionate about employment strategy and hiring practices.

A charismatic public speaker, Mike has shared his expertise at events like  TEDx Macatawa, Holland Young Professionals, and West Coast Chamber of Commerce. In his TEDtalk, Mike outlines how aligning passions with work increases performance. Mike is devoted to growing the future leaders of Worksighted and the local business community by sharing knowledge he gained through starting and growing a business.

Mike has been honored as Holland Area Chamber of Commerce’s Small-Business Persons of the Year and on Grand Rapids Business Journal’s 40 under 40.

Mike Harris earned his bachelor’s in mathematics and computer science from Hope College.

Chief Operating Officer

Barry Rice

Barry Rice is an expert in cloud services, strategy, and company growth.

Barry lead the development of the Wixom office and directs Worksighted’s continued growth as they serve businesses throughout Michigan. Barry has a bachelor’s from Hope College in management and communications and an MBA from Western Michigan. Initially starting his journey with Worksighted as a business development associate, Barry became the business development manager, then director of sales and marketing, and is now the COO. Barry is passionate about being prepared for growth and seizing opportunities as they arise.

Barry is also co-founder of Holland Young Professionals, an organization dedicated to developing, establishing, and promoting opportunities for young professionals along the lakeshore in West Michigan.

Chief Financial Officer

Justin Himebaugh

Justin Himebaugh was hired as Worksighted’s CFO in 2018 and specializes in finance and accounting.

Known for his love of numbers and hard facts, Justin brings over 20 years of accounting and leadership experience to his position. A former customer of Worksighted, Justin is passionate about empowering educated decisions that eliminate the guesswork in the financial world.

Justin is a graduate of Western Michigan University’s accounting program. He’s a member of the Institute of Management Accountants and served as the treasurer of the Spartan Water Polo Club and the director of the Delta Township’s EDC board.

Director of Human Resources

Marci Branderhorst

As director of Human Resources, Marci Branderhorst is well versed in Worksighted’s company vision and hiring process.

Passionate about providing exceptional IT service, Marci initiated processes to enhances workflow process efficiency through the teams at Worksighted. She’s improved the way new employees are onboarded and trained to infuse them into the existing culture.

Marci graduated from Grand Valley State University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and special education and taught at Zeeland Public Schools. Over the past six years, Marci has been dedicated to attracting and retaining talented individuals who provide the best IT service in Michigan. Most recently, Marci and a colleague developed a training program for staff members surrounding process documentation. This accomplishment bridged Marci’s passion for teaching and making a difference.

Director of Managed Services

Jason Ward

Jason Ward is an expert in managing teams in the MSP industry and in the best tools to use to manage clients.

Since 2007, Jason has displayed a passion for personal growth, which he has been able to instill in other team members in his current role. Since beginning at Worksighted as a support engineer, Jason has made the transition from the technical side of IT services to people management. Each day Jason solves problems, makes decisions and watches his team members succeed. Jason attends the HTG Conference in Chicago, IL each year to refresh his leadership skills. He strongly believes in the “right person, right seat” philosophy.

Jason sees the future of IT management moving away from internal IT employees towards managed IT services like Worksighted.

Jason Ward attended Davenport University and worked as a computer technician for five years before joining the Worksighted team. Coinciding with Worksighted’s growth, he plans to continue developing leaders in his department.
