After matching you with an experienced and dedicated Client Success Manager (CSM) to serve as your single point of contact, service kicks off with a comprehensive onboarding process to ensure tight integration between our support team and your end users. Your CSM will learn your organization’s structure and how IT supports your success and growth, so that we can advise on your technology platform moving forward.

For everyday support requests, you can rely on our experienced Remote Support team to solve most issues. For more complicated situations, we’ll dispatch a Field Engineer from our Holland or Wixom offices to go on-site and work through issues.
