We are proud to announce that we have recently promoted Mitch Applegate as a Remote Support Engineer for the Remote Support team. In this role, Mitch will be responsible for working through service requests and building customer relationships.
Mitch joined the Worksighted team in 2013 as a Sales Engineering intern and earned his new position with a second internship in the Worksighted Engineering department and a part-time position on the Remote Support Team. Previously, he worked for the University of Michigan in a Help Desk support role and as a software packaging and technical support professional for a university-wide computing service.
Mitch earned a bachelor’s degree in Computational Informatics from the University of Michigan. He is also a Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate.
In his free time, Mitch enjoys skiing, playing board games and participating in church events. He currently resides in Ann Arbor.
