Microsoft recently unveiled Response Point, a phone system which focuses on ease of use and ease of management. Response Point has been developed with the SMB market in mind offering an easy to use management interface and rapid deployment options. Response Point supports both voice over IP (VoIP) and traditional phone lines, and includes a voice-activated user interface.
