Is “unlimited support” really unlimited?

Yes, our Criterion Standard service provides unlimited support for your network (workstations, servers, printers, etc) and no hidden fees. We look for organizations that want a true IT partner that they know they can rely on. We take care of all things IT so you can focus on running your business.

What qualifies as support?

Criterion covers all support issues affecting the hardware/software agreed upon in the Criterion contract. New installations (e.g. new laptop) or a major configuration changes (Upgrading from Windows Server 2003 to Windows Server 2008) would not be covered. A separate quote would be provided.

Do you offer a discount for Non-Profit organizations?

We recognize the importance of non-profit organizations in our community as well as the importance for those organizations to have a solid IT partner. For this reason, we offer Criterion Charity, a complete IT management solution specifically design to manage the network resources for Non-Profit organizations. Please contact us to request a quote.

How much does Criterion cost?

All Criterion support levels are competitively priced compared to alternative support solutions available. Our Criterion Standard service is priced based on the size of the network (servers, workstations, etc) and, thus, is not tied to a set number of hours. You get the IT management and support capacity you need to keep your organization functioning at an optimal level.

How is support handled?

We utilize a team-based support system as opposed to a dedicated account engineer or help desk like other IT firms. We have an on-site team and a remote support that work together to provide the required support resources to our customers. Better yet, our support engineers are all experienced and certified and can help with all levels of issues from small desktop problems to major server issues, which means less time waiting for support and more time being productive.
