Open a Ticket –

  1. Email: Send an email to help@worksighted.com with your issue and a ticket will be automatically generated under your account.
  2. Phone: Call us at 1‐888‐978‐7768 or locally at 616‐546‐2691. Support is available between 8am and 5pm Monday – Friday. If you leave a message, a ticket will be automatically generated with your message attached.
