POSITION: SYSTEMS ENGINEER

Worksighted, an Information Technology support firm, is seeking an experienced IT professional to join our team. Individual should be a motivated self-starter with ability to work in a team as well as individually or with customers. Qualified individuals will also possess good organization, time management and communication skills. Lastly, candidates should be able to demonstrate strong IT diagnostic skills.

Educational/Certification/Experience requirements:

1. B.S. in Computer Science or Information Technology
2. IT certifications pertaining to below technologies a significant plus
3. 4+ years experience

Experience in the following platforms and technologies required:

1. Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008
2. Microsoft Exchange 2003/2007
3. VMWare Virtualization
4. Basic Cisco routing, switching and firewalls
5. Symantec Backup Exec (or comparable product)

Experience with the following items will be considered a plus:

1. Experience with remote backup technologies
2. Experience with Managed Services and remote server monitoring
3. Experience with Microsoft Small Business Server
4. Experience working in the IT service provider market
