Typical IT firms create structure for their customers which can be tedious and time consuming. We maintain a high-degree of internal structure while staying flexible for our customers so they can reach us quickly and easily. For example, we dedicate an engineer to every customer we work with. This allows our engineers to develop a relationship with the customer and understand their IT needs better. With no helpdesk, support is always handled by a qualified systems engineer that knows your systems and can assist immediately.
Our History
Worksighted was formed by Mike Harris and Mat Nguyen in reaction to their experiences working in a corporate IT environment. Too often they saw technology professionals and end-users that did not understand each other nor the solutions being implemented. In 2000, Harris and Nguyen founded Worksighted with the goal of being a leading provider of customer-centric IT support solutions to small and medium-sized organizations (10-200 users).
